The training course of jazz singing will guide the trainees already having a certain jazz practice and will help them to progress in their vocal practice. The lessons will be given in semi-collective. Will be approached: voice placement and vocal technique, phrasing and interpretation of standards (various periods and styles), improvization (scat, gives rhythm, chord, to agreements, to mode ...) and structure piece of music. < Br / > The trainees can also follow in parallel David Eskenazy's training course on Circle Song and vocal improvization. < Br / > The day will end by an overview in an instrumental ensemble. The singers can participate in these sets according to their level.

Level

The training is aimed at people who already have a Jazz song experience, a vocal confidence, being able to sight-read or having the ability to learn by ear.

Equipment

It is important for the learning of the pieces during the training period to bring a recorder and preferably, a micro, a cable and an amp to sing in the combos of the afternoon.
