Light, a woman sitting on a chair. Loneliness in the background, and a strong desire to talk, to make contact, to connect. But what to say? The tragi-comic distress of words searching for each other becomes the raw material for the beginning of the show: How do we meet the other? What do we tell each other? Why do we speak? Why are we silent?
Without a fourth wall, and as her thoughts meander, the self-fictional character speaks directly to the audience. Without a filter, she shares what's going on in her head when she finds herself face-to-face with another person. Not far from the theater of the absurd, which likes to question the human, she seeks neither to give ready-made answers, nor to draw any moral from the situations she brings to light. It seeks to understand, that's all. To share, that's all. "Together. Now that's a word she likes!
She's not talking about herself, she's talking about "us"!
